Pets Allowed

We are a pet friendly community, however, because we are also a family-friendly community, there will be some possible breed restrictions. Requirements include a Pet Interview (for dogs), a Past Rental Reference or a Letter from Animal Control (for dogs) stating your dog is good with other people, Current Vet Records, and Rental Insurance. We understand your pets are family, too, and we want to welcome them with open arms and a treat every so often. We simply ask that your animals remain on a leash while they are outside and until they are safe and secure in your apartment and that they are trained to respect all other living tenants at The Verandas.
